RGV Electrical Supply provides free delivery for all orders over $99. This allows our online customers to easily jump-start their projects, whether it’s upgrading kitchen fixtures, adding a room to your home, or changing out a couple of lightbulbs. Please note that free shipping does not apply to pipes, load centers, wire & cable, 2×2, 1×4, and 2×4 flat panels. This option provides the following values to our customers:
- 3-day delivery guarantee on thousands of items.
• You get the option of choosing your preferred shipping method during online checkout where you can opt for faster delivery. These options are listed in the Shipping and Delivery FAQs, so be sure to take a look before finalizing your purchase!
Additionally, purchases made on our website between 08:00 hours and 13:00 hours (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day. Purchases made after 13:00 hours, or on Saturdays and Sundays, will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Types of Shipping Available
Free Shipping on all orders over $99 – This offer does not apply to gift cards, previous purchases, or specific items with size and/or weight shipping restrictions as detailed in product descriptions. This offer does not include expedited or express shipping and is only valid for residential/parcel delivery. RGV Electrical Supply reserves the right to terminate or alter our shipping offer at any point in time. Our items are not eligible for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. We are not able to ship online purchase to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO.
UPS Shipping – We deliver with UPS and its available shipping options. Each option is different, so the final shipping price depends on the shipping method you choose.
Processing Time
Please expect 1-3 business days to process any online order. Parcel ground delivery takes between 3-5 business days, please keep in mind while purchasing any products. All returns subject to RGV Electrical Supply’s standard return policy. Void where prohibited.
